Remote Maintenance with Crestron® RoomView®
BenQ is proud to introduce Crestron–supported RoomView network service for school. MP772 ST is Crestron RoomView-supported to provide IT personnel and projector managers simplified real-time, facility-wide central access and control over a single projector or groups of projectors simultaneously via a single station.

UK Exclusive- 3 Year premium warranty covering de-install/re-install, lamp and DMD Panel.

3 years onsite de-install / re-install warranty including a loan unit.
A BenQ accredited representative will bring a loan projector to your premises, de-install your defective unit and install** the loan unit at no additional cost. The loan unit will be replaced with your repaired projector during a second visit including installation** again at no additional cost. Certain exclusions apply***

Lamp warranty of 3 years or 1000 cumulative hours whichever comes first.
This warranty is valid only when the projector is used in ECO mode only & daily usage does not exceed 8 hours. Outside these conditions the lamp is covered according the regular warranty of 6 months or 1000 hours whichever comes first.

3 years on the DLP™ DMD panel.

Conditions:

This warranty applies only to projectors with this label that are sold in the UK for UK based customers, excluding Northern Ireland or the Isles under UK territory. This will be verified when a warranty claim is made. The warranty period of 36 months is calculated from the date of purchase. If a proof of purchase cannot be provided a warranty period of 39 months will be calculated from the date of manufacturing.

**Installation includes physical mounting the projector, do a power-on test, adjust zoom/focus and keystone correction to provide a clear image. Configuration of interactive whiteboards is not included.

*** This service is limited to a height maximum and standard installation. Any special, non-standard mounting or security measures taken by the customer are not included in this service and must be removed to be able to de-install the defective unit. Additional exclusions might apply, please call for details
